All our straw bags are handmade, hand woven, and hand sequined (where applicable). They are subject to small imperfections. Due to the delicate nature of our bags, we do accept returns.
With that said, we are proud to have built our company on honesty, integrity and respect, but above all, one that values our customers! We promise to uphold the highest standards of customer service so if you are unsatisfied with your purchase or feel it was damaged upon arrival, please drop us a note in the "contact" section of our website within 5 business days of receiving your purchase.
Any exchanges must be shipped to Sand and Straw Returns Department and postmarked within 14 calendar days of being delivered. Original shipping fees are non-refundable and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for any packages lost or missing in the shipping process.
