The creative process is conducted in Las Vegas, Nevada but we partner with an amazing manufacturer in Morocco that brings our ideas to fruition. They insure that each bag is carefully handcrafted by the most talented women artisans in Morocco.

Yes, all our bags are eco-friendly. The wild palm straw "doumdoum" used in all our bags is sourced locally in Morocco making these bags a great alternative to plastic!

Free local delivery with a 15 mile radius - applicable to Las Vegas residents only. If you are within a 15 mile radius this option will appear at checkout. Free shipping on orders over $150 within the continental 48 states. All purchases are shipped through UPS. We will process all orders within 1-2 business days (and that does not include shipping times). Shipping time is 3-7 business days (and does not include processing time). We cannot be held liable for unforeseen shipping delays including but not limited to weather, supply chain, etc. Any orders received over the weekend will begin processing on Monday in the order that they were received by our team.

All our straw bags are handmade, hand woven, and hand sequined (where applicable). They are subject to small imperfections. Due to the delicate nature of our bags, we do accept returns. With that said, we are proud to have built our company on honesty, integrity and respect, but above all, one that values our customers! We promise to uphold the highest standards of customer service so if you are unsatisfied with your purchase or feel it was damaged upon arrival, please email us at info@sandandstraw.com within 5 business days of receiving your purchase. Any exchanges must be shipped to Sand and Straw Returns Department and postmarked within 14 calendar days of being delivered. Original shipping fees are non-refundable and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for any packages lost or missing in the shipping process.
